A complaint, a disagreement

First write to us at info@vertsapin.be, with your order number. We will look for a solution with you.

If our reply does not suit you, you can refer the matter free of charge to the Consumer Mediation Service. It is the competent Belgian service for disputes between a consumer and a business when no other mediation service is competent.

A question about an order in progress

For a question about your delivery, write to info@vertsapin.be stating your order number and the delivery address. We will get back in touch with you to adjust the time slot, which you can move or cancel up to 24 hours beforehand.

The tree is delivered at your door, to the address given and in the chosen time slot. Setting up and decorating fall under our home service, which is subject to a separate quote and is not part of an order placed on the online shop. If such a project interests you, write to us and we will draw up a quote.

The pick-up of the tree after the holidays is not a service of the online shop either. It exists only as part of our services on quote, for businesses and for private customers (home service), where it is included in the quote.
