Your Christmas tree delivered to your door, free in Brussels and the surrounding area
At Vert Sapin, delivery is free in Brussels and the surrounding area and costs €9.90 per order elsewhere in Belgium, with no minimum order and no extra charge for evenings or weekends. You choose the day and the time slot of 3 hours that suits you, and we deliver your tree to your door.
How it works
1. Order online
Choose your Nordmann fir or your Norway spruce, and add some Christmas decorations if you like.
2. Choose your time slot in the basket
The day and the time slot: 7 days a week, from 9:00 to 21:00, in time slots of 3 hours, from the next day. No vague time frame sent the day before: you choose your own time slot, when you order.
3. Receive your tree at your door
Our driver hands your tree over, netted, at your door, in the time slot you chose. Any doubts when it arrives? We talk it over on the spot, and an exchange is possible, subject to stock in the van. No more trips to the garden centre, no more boot full of needles: why have your tree delivered.
Where do we deliver?
Brussels and the surrounding area: free. The 19 municipalities of the Brussels-Capital Region and the 18 municipalities that border them: Wemmel, Grimbergen, Meise, Vilvoorde, Machelen, Zaventem, Kraainem, Wezembeek-Oppem, Tervuren, Overijse, Hoeilaart, Sint-Genesius-Rode, Linkebeek, Drogenbos, Beersel, Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, Dilbeek and Asse.
Elsewhere in Belgium: €9.90 per order, with no minimum order: we deliver to every province in the country, from West Flanders to the province of Luxembourg.
Christmas decorations ordered without a tree are sent by post, on the same terms; the delivery appointment applies to orders that include a tree.

Prices shown in the shop are VAT included, and so is the €9.90. Delivery charges are shown as soon as you enter your address, before you pay: nothing else is added.
Your questions about delivery
When should I order for delivery before Christmas?
Christmas tree deliveries run from 20 November to 24 December. With 24 hours between order and delivery, order by 23 December at the latest to be delivered before Christmas. And the earlier you order, the more slots you can choose from.
What are the delivery time slots?
7 days a week, from 9:00 to 21:00, in time slots of 3 hours: 4 time slots to choose from every day, Sundays included. You choose them directly in the basket, for delivery from the next day.
Can I reschedule or cancel my delivery?
Yes, free of charge, up to 24 hours before the time slot you chose. A call to +32 479 73 03 49 or an email to info@vertsapin.be is all it takes. Available every day from 10:00 to 19:00.
What happens if I am out when you deliver?
Don’t worry: we will get back in touch to arrange a redelivery, free of charge.
Where exactly is the tree left?
At your door, in the time slot you chose. The tree is delivered netted, ready to be set up: all you need is a wooden cross stand to keep it upright (sold separately).
Do you set up the tree in my home?
Set-up is not included with an order from the shop. For a tree delivered, set up and decorated on a full-service basis, at home or at your business, see our home service or our services for businesses: pick-up after the holidays is included.
Do you pick up the tree after the holidays?
Pick-up after the holidays is not included with an order from the shop: it is part of our services on quote, at home or for businesses. Good news: in Brussels and in most Belgian municipalities, real Christmas trees are collected in January to be composted. We explain everything in our article on what to do after the holidays.
