Your questions, our answers
What to know before buying your Christmas tree.
Where can I buy a Christmas tree in Brussels?
From Vert Sapin, in two ways. Online: delivered on the day of your choice, in a time slot of 3 hours, free in Brussels and the surrounding area, €9.90 elsewhere in Belgium. At our stalls: Place Wiener, 1170 Watermael-Boitsfort and Place Saint-Antoine, 1040 Etterbeek. From 27 November to 24 December. Every day, 12:00 to 19:00.
Why choose a tree from a certified organic grower?
Because certification shows how a tree has been grown. Our trees come from a Belgian grower certified organic, inspected by Certisys (BE-BIO-01). No herbicides, fungicides, insecticides or growth regulators, with organic fertiliser.
How does tree delivery work?
Free in Brussels and the surrounding area, €9.90 per order elsewhere in Belgium. You choose the day and a time slot of 3 hours in the basket, and our team hands your tree over at your door, netted. Would you rather collect it? Click & Collect is available at our stalls. All the details on our Delivery page.
When should I order my Christmas tree?
Order from October to reserve your date. Deliveries run from 20 November to 24 December; for Christmas, order by 23 December at the latest (24 hours of preparation). Order early: the most popular slots go fast.
What size of tree for what ceiling height?
Leave 30 to 40 cm between the top of the tree and the ceiling. Under a 2.50 m ceiling, a tree of 175 to 200 cm; under 2.40 m, the size below. Every size is in our Christmas tree collection.
Nordmann fir or Norway spruce: which should I choose?
The Nordmann keeps its soft needles longer: the worry-free choice. The Norway spruce has the scent of Christmas, but drops its needles sooner: bring it in closer to the holidays. Our comparison.
