Which height to choose?
Measure from floor to ceiling. For a 2.50 m ceiling, we recommend a tree of 175 to 200 cm; under 2.40 m, go one size down.
How it works
You order. Choose the model, its version and its height.
We deliver. All year round: free in Brussels and the surrounding area, €9.90 elsewhere in Belgium. All about delivery.
You set it up. Fit its sections together, then shape its branches: it keeps from one year to the next.
Your questions about our artificial trees
Norway, Allison or Grandis: what is the difference?
The Norway is the fullest, and its pre-shaped branches fall into place almost by themselves. The Allison is more open and leaves room for decorations. The Grandis, wide and tiered, looks like a tall forest fir. Each comes in green and in a snowy version.
Which size of artificial tree should you choose?
Measure from floor to ceiling and leave a margin below the top for the topper. On the floor, allow for the diameter of the chosen size: each product page gives it, size by size. For a table or a windowsill, the small 45 or 60 cm tree is enough.
Green or snowy?
The green version is yours to dress as you like. The snowy version has branches covered in artificial snow. Only the small snowy tree is lit with LEDs; the large models take your own garlands.
Are they delivered all year round?
Yes. Like our decorations, they can be ordered and delivered all year round: free in Brussels and the surrounding area, €9.90 elsewhere in Belgium.
Can I return an artificial tree?
Yes: as with any decoration, you have fourteen days to change your mind, with no reason needed. The details are in our returns policy.
Real or artificial: which to choose?
A real tree smells of resin and is composted after the holidays; an artificial one is stored away and used again every year, with no falling needles. For the scent of a real tree, see our real Christmas trees, Nordmann fir and Norway spruce.
